Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

- Your order number or the email address used to place the order
- At least one clear photo of the product received, along with the packaging (if applicable)
- A brief description of the issue
Once we review and verify your request, we will arrange for a replacement or provide an appropriate resolution.
