Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, we're here to help.

  • Your order number or the email address used to place the order
  • At least one clear photo of the product received, along with the packaging (if applicable)
  • A brief description of the issue

Once we review and verify your request, we will arrange for a replacement or provide an appropriate resolution.
